Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations and manage relationships across the transition lifecycle. The role focuses on discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, and handover to the Lease Administration team.

You will manage project timelines, staff, and governance programs while ensuring accurate lease data and timely onboarding, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and collaborate globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Strong independent work ability and remote work suitability.
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track and manage team accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train junior transition resources.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control processes.
• Maintain evergreen templates and develop playbooks including RACIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of all rental obligations during onboarding.
• Lead client communications and governance programs during transition.
• Coordinate global team delivery and status reporting.
