Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the transition lifecycle from discovery through stabilization. You will coordinate data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting, while aligning with client objectives and lease language.

You will mentor junior resources, maintain dashboards and templates, and ensure timely delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields; experience in landlord or tenant sector.
• Intermediate to expert level experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease, or other portfolio management database systems.
• Must be effective and have successful track record of working independently, preferably remotely, and possess strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition projects for lease administration implementations.
• Coordinate data migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor transition resources across global teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and playbooks.
• Oversee client governance, communications, and milestones.
• Ensure timely and accurate onboarding and transition activities.
