Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to oversee client implementations and transition lifecycles for lease data. You will manage discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, and handover to the Lease Administration team, coordinating with global colleagues and clients.

You will lead reports, playbooks, and governance programs, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely delivery of rental obligations and related lease information during onboarding, while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting, real estate or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure transition timelines are met.
Track and manage project team’s accountability to scope, schedule and budget for transitions.
Provide quality control within the database to identify errors and inconsistencies during onboarding.
Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
Develop and maintain transition playbooks, tools, and client governance programs.
