Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to oversee client implementations and the end‑to‑end transition lifecycle. You will manage timelines, budgets, reports, and communications while coordinating with global teams and vendor partners to deliver accurate lease data and onboarding support.

You will also mentor junior staff, ensure data integrity, and help develop playbooks and standard processes to improve transition delivery for multiple accounts across various locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Proficiency with major lease databases and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple lease transition projects from discovery to stabilization.
• Oversee data migration, abstraction, validation, and reporting during onboarding.
• Produce schedules, reports, and communication plans for client transitions.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure quality control in databases and workflows.
• Develop client governance programs and maintain RACI charts for accounts.
