Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to oversee client implementations, relationships, and transition lifecycles from discovery through stabilization.

You will coordinate data extraction, migration, validation, and reporting, while leading a global team to ensure timely and accurate lease information onboarding. Strong knowledge of lease abstractions and AI-enabled tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in CRE lease administration and/or accounting and property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease) and global accounts experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, etc.).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.
• Strong independent work and time-management skills, potentially remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track project teams' scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure timely delivery.
• Interpret complex lease language and oversee abstraction and QA.
