Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations and manage lifecycle processes from discovery to handover. You will drive data migrations, reporting, and QA across a global team in a remote setting.

The role requires deep experience in lease administration, enterprise databases, and strong client governance skills, with a focus on timely transitions and accurate lease data capture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Able to work remotely and manage global accounts.
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project teams’ scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train junior transition resources.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
• Develop and maintain evergreen templates and playbooks including a RACI chart.
• Ensure timely and accurate abstraction/input of rental obligations during onboarding.
