Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization. You will drive schedules, reports, and communication plans, ensuring timely onboarding and accurate lease data across global accounts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields preferred.
• Experience with multi‑location/global accounts and lease administration databases.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently and track scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and mentor transition resources and ensure timely onboarding and data migration.
• Oversee abstraction, translation, and quality control of lease data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and governance programs with clients.
• Coordinate with global teams on data migration, RACI charts, and playbooks.
• Prepare and lead client communications and governance reviews.
• Manage client escalations and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
