Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease).
• Ability to manage a global lease admin team and drive client governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and client implementations for assigned accounts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data accuracy, and reporting for portfolios.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure QA of abstractions and processes.
• Lead client communications, updates, and governance programs.
• Coordinate global team deliverables and account transitions.
