Colliers International in the United States seeks a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team and oversee lease data, reports, and client communications for multiple accounts.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, interpret complex lease language, ensure QA, and drive governance programs and timely portfolio updates, while collaborating with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with large multi-line global accounts and lease administration platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Lead a lease administration team and mentor analysts.
• Interpret complex lease language and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data entry, and QA processes.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Manage client governance, communication cadence and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers and account managers to resolve issues.
