Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease administration for large accounts and manage a team of analysts.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data quality, and reporting for client portfolios.
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop governance, cadence, and dashboards to monitor performance.
