Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Lease Administrator for a remote role servicing multiple accounts from various U.S. locations.

You will manage lease administration functions, client relationships, reporting, and process improvements, focusing on mid-sized to large portfolios. You will coordinate with a global team, enter lease data accurately in WorkTrac, oversee rent-related charges, and drive timely deliverables with strong attention to detail and excellent communication across internal

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with CRE database applications (Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan).
• Strong remote work capability with good time management and self-discipline.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases) and global account management structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration functions and implementations, client/vendor relationships, and schedules/reports.
• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Enter and maintain client contract data in WorkTrac and ensure accuracy of rent-related charges.
• Coordinate regular portfolio reviews, performance reporting, and mitigation of risks.
