Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• Experience with commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong client service orientation and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope of work, fee structure, billing frequency and payee info.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review recoveries and charges.
