Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage global lease administration functions, client relationships and centralize reporting for mid-sized accounts. The role emphasizes accurate contract data, portfolio updates, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.

The position supports remote work across various locations and requires strong collaboration with the global team and stakeholders. Relevant experience in CRE lease admin and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with portfolio management databases is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data in WorkTrac with accurate scope, fees and payee info.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios, metrics and reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and communication cadence.
• Track expirations, option dates and other critical lease information.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers services per contracts.
• Assist with new business pitches and transition onboarding for accounts.
