Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Lease Administrator for remote work across various locations. The role focuses on managing lease administration for small to midsized accounts within a global account structure, coordinating with a global team and ensuring accurate contract data in WorkTrac.

The position requires 3+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, strong client management, and proficiency with real estate database systems.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred in business, accounting or real estate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial real estate lease admin experience.
• Experience with real estate databases (Visual Lease, CoStar, ProLease, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease admin matters.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy and service expectations.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac with accurate fee, billing, and payee data.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics reviews and performance reporting.
• Develop client governance programs including cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates and other critical lease information.
• Manage client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify account risks and drive mitigation strategies.
