Colliers International is seeking a Lease Administrator to join our global lease team remotely. The role focuses on managing lease administration, client/governance programs, and data integrity for small to midsized accounts within a global structure.

You will handle contracts, billing, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, portfolio updates, and ensuring service delivery per client contracts.

Formación

• 3+ years in CRE lease administration or related accounting/property management.
• Experience with global accounts and 1,000+ leases.
• Experience with client governance programs and performance reporting.
• Strong MS Office skills and data management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain client agreements, scope, billing, and contract data in WorkTrac.
• Lead regular portfolio reviews and present updates to clients.
• Develop governance programs, reporting cadences, and business reviews.
• Monitor expirations and critical lease information.
• Process monthly rent and pass-through charges per contract.
• Oversee data integrity in lease databases and transition onboarding.
• Collaborate with global team to ensure service delivery per contract.
• Support presentations for new business pitches.
