Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage global lease administration for small to midsized accounts within a global account structure. You will be the main client contact, steward client agreements, and coordinate with a dispersed team to deliver accurate billing, reporting, and governance.

Remote role across various US locations, requiring strong communication, analytics and independence to drive client satisfaction and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications and portfolio systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy and service expectations.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, billing and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to present portfolio updates and reports.
• Develop governance programs including reporting cadence and communication methods.
• Track expirations, option dates and other critical information.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers per client processes and contracts.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review pass‑through expenses.
