Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team, oversee large client accounts, and ensure high-quality lease management and reporting. You will mentor analysts, interpret complex lease language, and drive process improvements across global accounts.

This remote role requires deep experience in CRE lease administration, strong client communication, and proficiency with industry tools to deliver accurate schedules, alerts and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease).
• Proven success managing multi-line global accounts and large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Lease Analysts; oversee a large account and small team.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; maintain governance programs.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and quality control per client standards.
• Prepare and lead portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate billing, recoveries, and lease-related charges across accounts.
• Manage transitions, playbooks, and data integrity in lease databases.
