Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in CRE lease administration or accounting and property management.
• Experience with CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or other portfolio management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team and oversee analysts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords for assigned accounts.
• Ensure data quality and run lease reports in relevant databases.
• Abstract rental obligations and track expirations for leases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure adherence to client standards.
• Support account transitions and playbook maintenance.
