Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration for a remote role across US states. You will lead a lease administration team, oversee large accounts, mentor analysts, and work with clients, brokers, and landlords to ensure accurate lease data and reporting.

The role requires deep CRE lease knowledge and strong data governance. The position offers a competitive compensation range and a pathway to grow within Colliers’ global lease services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant CRE lease administration or accounting/property management experience.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, etc.).
• Proven success managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account structures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, preferably remotely, with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team including hiring and mentorship of Lease Analysts.
• Serve as the managing lease analyst on large accounts and oversee a team across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers, and landlords as appropriate.
• Ensure data quality and perform QC on abstraction processes and reports.
• Create, edit and run reports across Lease Administration databases (WorkTrac, Colliers360).
• Oversee account transitions, rent recovery, billing, and contract governance.
