Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team across multiple accounts. The role emphasizes overseeing lease abstraction, reporting, and QA while maintaining tight client communications and process playbooks.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, translate complex lease language, and ensure accurate rental obligations, expirations, and recoveries. Remote arrangement from US states is supported with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management is expected.
• Experience with multinational accounts and global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR functions.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; ensure quality control of data and reports.
• Create, edit and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train analysts on lease administration duties.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation, and QA for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate transitions, setup, and process playbooks; maintain account processes.
