Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team of Lease Analysts, oversee large and small accounts, and ensure accurate lease abstraction and reporting. You will interact with clients, landlords, and internal stakeholders, driving quality control and process improvements.

The role supports a remote work arrangement from listed states, requiring strong leadership and deep CRE knowledge to optimize portfolio performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Lease Analysts; oversee teams on assigned accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, account managers, and landlords.
• Perform lease abstraction, translation, and quality control across accounts.
• Create and run reports in Lease Administration databases; maintain data integrity.
• Manage account transitions and setup; maintain playbooks and procedures.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review lease charges for accuracy.
