Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team overseeing lease administration for multiple accounts. You will manage the account team, ensure quality controls, and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and landlords.

You will mentor Lease Analysts, interpret complex lease language, and ensure accurate rental obligations and reporting. A senior candidate with CRE experience is preferred and can work remotely from the listed states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting/property management.
• Experience with CRE databases: CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or similar.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Remote work capability and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and direct report HR tasks.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Lease Analysts supporting multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords; maintain relationships.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train Lease Analysts on lease administration duties.
• Maintain client governance programs and regular portfolio reviews.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and monitor recoveries.
