Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead the lease administration team and manage client accounts remotely from the United States. You will oversee key processes, ensure data quality, and drive client governance and reporting across multiple accounts.

You will mentor analysts, interpret complex lease language, coordinate with clients and landlords, and maintain process playbooks to keep services aligned with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease, or similar.
• Experience handling multi‑line global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration resources and oversee a team on assigned accounts.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, and landlords and provide QC on data quality.
• Create, edit and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure adherence to client contracts and standards.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and quality control for assigned accounts.
• Lead account transitions, set up processes, and drive client governance programs.
