Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Access and Patient Support to oversee a remote team handling customer service, enrollment and reimbursement tasks, benefit investigations, and prior authorization assistance for pharmacy benefits.

The role requires developing SOPs, monitoring program metrics, and coaching staff, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong client relations in a 100% remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintains development/training goals for team members in a 100% remote setting.
• Creates and maintains SOPs and work instructions & metrics for the program.
• Conducts reviews of program metrics and reports results to leadership.
• Manages workflow to ensure efficient customer service operations and tracks KPIs.
• Tests/solutioning/approving program changes including technology and platform upgrades.
• Meets with Manager to discuss team performance and policies.
• Conducts coaching and development 1x1s with team members.
• Manages Workday tasks: approvals, timecards, PTO.
• Ensures compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws incl. HIPAA.
• Collaborates with internal partners to resolve complex issues.
• Prioritizes work to meet deadlines and maintains daily client/3rd party contact.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
