Job summary

Cardinal Health's Sonexus Access and Patient Support unit seeks a Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access team handling enrollment, reimbursement, benefit investigations and prior authorization support.

You will guide daily operations, develop staff, and manage metrics while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer service. Training occurs during CST hours, with full-time remote work and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years in a leadership position within a call center preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with urgency.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Experience leading remote employees.
• Flexible with shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound/outbound patient access team.
• Maintain development and training goals in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions with program metrics.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership.
