Cardinal Health’s Sonexus Access and Patient Support unit seeks a Supervisor to lead a remote patient access team handling enrollment and reimbursement activities, benefit investigations and prior authorization support. You will ensure quality, training, and adherence to SOPs while driving continuous improvements across the program.

The role requires leadership in a call-center-like environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage remote staff with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years proven leadership experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments with urgency.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Commitment to developing self and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound/outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development/training goals for remote team members.
• Create and maintain SOPs and workflow instructions & metrics for the program.
• Review program metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly and report results to leadership.
• Manage team workflow to ensure efficient customer service; monitor KPIs like SLA and First Call Resolution.
• Test/approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
• Provide coaching and development feedback in regular 1:1s with team members.
