Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee patient access support and reimbursement staff, serving 1-2 clients, guiding scheduling, training, and KPI monitoring.

This full-time remote role reports to senior leaders, focusing on SOPs, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office; pivot tables and charts a plus.
• Travel may be needed up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics for leaders.
• Assess/test/approve program changes including IT platform upgrades.
• Report system issues impacting CRM and productivity.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews and provide recommendations.
• Monitor program adherence, quality and attendance.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients, virtually or in person.
• Identify process efficiencies to reduce manual work.
