Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Supervisor to lead a remote patient access team, overseeing enrollment, reimbursement, and benefit investigations. You will manage performance metrics, develop SOPs, and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve program issues.

Ideal candidates have call center leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to developing remote staff while meeting strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3 years leadership experience in a call center preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience leading remote employees and coaching performance.
• Proven ability to develop training and SOPs and manage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound/outbound patient access team.
• Coordinate development goals and training in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and program metrics.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service and KPI tracking.
• Test/approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
• Conduct coaching and development meetings with team members.
• Handle timecards, PTO and Workday tasks.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues.
