Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Release Train Engineer to guide a complex Agile Release Train, coach teams, and drive SAFe alignment. You will partner with business and technology leaders to optimize value delivery and program execution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include facilitating PI planning, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement via metrics-driven delivery. Travel may be required for offsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience including Scrum Master/Agile leadership.
• Extensive SAFe Release Train experience.
• Current SAFe RTE/SPC or comparable certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART events and ensure SAFe alignment across teams.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments affecting value flow.
• Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders on objectives.
• Monitor metrics and program health to optimize delivery.
