Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer to act as servant leader, facilitator, and coach for a complex Agile Release Train (ART).

You will drive SAFe-aligned execution across multiple Scrum teams, promote Lean-Agile practices, remove impediments, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic value. The role requires extensive SAFe experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years related experience, incl. 5+ years in Scrum Master/Agile leadership roles.
• Extensive SAFe ART leadership experience.
• Current SAFe RTE/SPC certification or comparable.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe ART events and ceremonies across multiple teams.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Lean-Agile practices.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture to align strategy and execution.
• Use Agile metrics to guide program health and delivery.
