Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in Agile leadership roles (RTE/SM/Agile Coach) in SAFe environments.
• Experience leading large-scale Agile Release Trains and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and ART events to ensure alignment and execution.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve program predictability and value delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy with execution and value streams.
