Qualifications

• Extensive SAFe experience leading large-scale agile programs.
• 7+ years of related experience including 5+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar.
• Current SAFe RTE, SPC, or comparable certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and value across value streams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator and servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train, ensuring SAFe principles are adopted.
• Lead and facilitate ART events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leaders on Lean-Agile practices.
• Partner with Product Management and Solution Management to align strategy and execution.
• Identify and resolve program-level dependencies, risks, and impediments affecting value flow.
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt and improvement initiatives.
• Promote collaboration among architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to improve delivery.
• Use Agile metrics and program health indicators to assess ART performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Support value streams maturation and adoption of modern product delivery practices.
• Foster Communities of Practice and built-in quality practices across teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
