Job summary

Humana, a leading US health care company, seeks a Lead Release Train Engineer to shepherd a complex Agile Release Train across multiple teams. You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, coach leaders, and align product strategy with execution while driving continuous improvement and value delivery.

The role requires extensive experience with SAFe, strong facilitation, and ability to influence at all levels, including executives. Remote work with possible travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in Agile leadership roles supporting large-scale initiatives.
• SAFe release train experience and current SAFe certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator and servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train (ART).
• Lead ART events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams and leaders on Lean-Agile practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to align strategy with execution, manage risks and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt and performance metrics.
