SentiLink is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting across GTM and business functions. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, develop thoughtful strategies, and deliver strong outcomes across multiple roles and levels.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring market insights, data-driven decisions, and a focus on building strong talent pipelines. Remote, U.S.-based with offices in select cities; strong collaboration across the U.S. and India is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to partner with senior hiring managers and guide decisions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and targeted search strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting across GTM and business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
