Job summary

SentiLink Corp. is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business functions in a remote U.S.-based role.

You will partner with leaders to forecast needs, design effective search strategies, and deliver high-quality hires across levels. Responsibilities include building pipelines, advising on market insights, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or high-growth startups.
• Proven success independently managing GTM recruiting and supporting other functions.
• Strong sourcing and talent research capabilities.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and guide hiring decisions.
• Excellent organizational and operational skills for multiple searches.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Ability to use market intelligence to diagnose challenges and improve hiring across the org.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and search strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with priorities.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for competitive roles using market research and targeted outreach.
• Advise stakeholders using data, market insights, compensation expectations, and pipeline health.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience with clear communication from outreach to offer.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities, maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Drive recruiting workflows with data and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives with market intelligence and best practices.
