Job summary

SentiLink is hiring a Lead/Staff Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, with flexibility to support GTM hiring as priorities evolve. You’ll partner with leadership on high-impact searches, mentor other recruiters, and help drive AI-enabled practices across our recruiting infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting experience in a tech company or high-growth startup.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functions.
• Demonstrated success recruiting both ICs and people leaders (Manager/Director).
• Ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders with market insight and clear communication.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
• Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to improve outcomes.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows and ability to drive responsible adoption.
• Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters/sourcers.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational discipline; travel ~6 times/year.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions from IC to leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, leveling, strategy, evaluation, and decisions.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for competitive talent markets.
• Manage complex, high-priority searches; identify risks and align stakeholders.
• Use data to guide recruiting strategy; improve funnel metrics and conversion.
• Deliver structured, high-quality interview and candidate experiences.
• Maintain rigorous ATS and workflows; improve processes and tools for efficiency.
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to recruiters.
• Embed AI-enabled practices across recruiting while maintaining confidentiality.
