Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Data Science, with flexibility to support business and GTM hiring as priorities evolve. You will partner with leadership on complex searches and provide mentorship across the recruiting team.

This remote, U.S.-based role may require occasional travel and collaboration with offices across the U.S. and India. Strong talent-market expertise and judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and GTM functions.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders with market insight.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and familiarity with funnel metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting practices and responsible adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM roles from IC to leadership.
• Partner with managers and executives on role definition, leveling, and hiring decisions.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for competitive markets.
• Manage complex searches, identify risks, and align stakeholders.
• Use funnel metrics to drive hiring outcomes and improve conversion rates.
• Deliver structured interview processes and high-quality candidate experiences.
• Maintain operational rigor across ATS and recruiting workflows.
• Improve processes, tools, and practices to scale recruiting at pace.
• Provide mentorship and support to other recruiters and sourcers.
• Embed AI-enabled practices while maintaining confidentiality and judgment.
