Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, with flexibility to support GTM hiring as priorities evolve.

You will partner with leadership on difficult searches, act as a trusted advisor, and mentor other recruiters while embedding AI-enabled practices to improve sourcing, market research, and recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
• Proven ability to recruit both ICs and managers/directors.
• Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to improve outcomes.
• Experience mentoring other recruiters or sourcers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, leveling, and hiring decisions.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for competitive markets.
• Manage complex, high-priority searches and align stakeholders.
• Use data to prioritize work and improve conversion rates in hiring outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and seek continuous improvement across recruiting workflows.
