SentiLink Corp is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting across GTM and business functions. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, develop thoughtful recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality hires across levels.

This hands-on role requires strong sourcing, market insights, and stakeholder management, with a focus on building scalable recruiting processes and pipelines for a growing fintech identity company. Remote-friendly with U.S. base offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech company or high-growth startup.
• Proven success recruiting for GTM roles and other business functions.
• Strong sourcing, market intelligence, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for competitive roles.
• Advise stakeholders using data, market insights, and compensation expectations to inform decisions.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience with clear communication and process discipline.
• Manage multiple searches and keep hiring managers informed and accountable.
