Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, with flexibility to support business and GTM hiring as priorities evolve. You will partner with leadership on complex searches, including leadership roles, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Candidates near our offices are encouraged to work in the office occasionally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functions.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical ICs and people leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions, from individual contributor through leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, evaluation, and hiring decisions.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for specialized and competitive talent markets.
• Manage complex, high-priority searches and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Use a data-driven approach to recruiting strategy and improve funnel metrics.
• Deliver structured, high-quality interview and candidate experiences.
• Maintain strong operational rigor across ATS workflows and recruiting processes.
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to other recruiters.
• Embed AI-enabled practices across recruiting while maintaining confidentiality.
