Job summary

SentiLink Corp is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting across GTM and business functions. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and deliver high-quality hires while maintaining a thoughtful candidate experience.

This is a hands-on, remote role for a US-based candidate, with opportunities to collaborate across offices. You will influence search tactics, market insights, and process improvements to scale our growing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups.
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles and other business functions.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and guide decision-making.
• Strong sourcing and research capabilities for competitive talent markets.
• Proven track record in building candidate pipelines and delivering high-quality hires.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions from intake to close.
• Partner with managers to define talent needs and calibrate expectations.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for roles with market demand.
• Advise stakeholders using data, market insights, and compensation norms.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience with clear communication and follow-through.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining momentum.
• Drive recruiting process efficiency with structured workflows and metrics.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and consistency.
