SentiLink Corp. is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting across go-to-market and business functions for a remote, U.S.-based role. You will partner with leaders to craft strategies, identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent while building strong pipelines and standards for the recruiting process.

This hands-on role combines sourcing excellence with business judgment, stakeholder management, and a scalable approach to recruiting at a high-growth fintech identity company.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Proven ability to partner with senior hiring managers, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions.
• Strong sourcing and talent research capabilities in competitive talent markets.
• Experience recruiting across GTM and business functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, People, Operations).

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define success profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for competitive roles using market research and outreach.
• Advise stakeholders using data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and adjust search strategies.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience with clear communication and professional process.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities, maintaining momentum and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Drive operational excellence across recruiting workflows with data and structured processes.
• Contribute to broad TA initiatives, sharing market intelligence and improving recruiting practices.
