Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Lead Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment team. This role oversees APPs, RNs, and MAs delivering care in a virtual environment and reports to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

The role is remote with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule; occasional travel for meetings may be required. The base pay ranges from $237,718 to $312,005 per year, plus benefits and potential annual bonus.

Formación

• Completion of medical residency; Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Med-Peds.
• MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited school.
• ABMS board certification in the completed residency.
• 5+ years of primary or urgent care experience.
• Unrestricted license in GA, TX, FL or IMLCC.
• Experience supervising NP/PA staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality telemedicine care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Serve as clinical escalation point and lead care model improvements.
• Develop clinical guidelines and participate in collaborative projects.
• Conduct quality assurance and uphold patient safety standards.
• Ensure superior member experience and handle service recovery as needed.
• Manage team growth and address performance issues.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
