Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Lead Physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role leads a multidisciplinary group delivering care via telemedicine and supports Oscar's strategic initiatives.

You will supervise APPs, oversee quality measures, develop clinical guidelines, and ensure patient safety while collaborating with Operations and Product teams. We offer a full-time schedule with occasional travel; base pay ranges $237,718–$312,005 annually, plus generous PTO,

Formación

• Must have full medical licensure in Florida and at least three of the listed states.
• MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited medical school.
• ABMS Board Certification corresponding to residency.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics.
• 5+ years of primary care or urgent care experience.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in GA, TX, FL or IMLCC.
• Experience supervising NP and PA practitioners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct high-quality care via telemedicine with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care virtually.
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed.
• Contribute to development of clinical guidelines and care-model improvements.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure patient safety.
• Ensure superior member experience and service recovery.
• Grow and develop your team, including managing performance.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
