Oscar Health is hiring a Lead Physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment team, delivering high-quality telemedicine care to a panel of patients as part of a multidisciplinary group.

This remote, full-time position oversees APP supervision, supports clinical growth, and collaborates with Operations and Product to advance care delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Base pay ranges from $237,718 to $312,005 per year, with generous PTO, holidays, and 401k matching.

Competenze

• Must have full medical licensure in Florida plus at least three of the states listed (AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, MA, MI, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, VA).
• Completion of medical residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics required.
• MD or DO from an ACGME accredited medical school with ABMS board certification is required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct high quality, safe patient care via telemedicine while working with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide supervision to APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care in a virtual environment and support clinical growth
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs)
• Support development of clinical guidelines and continuous improvement of the care model
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure patient safety
• Be accountable for the quality of care and superior member experience
• Conduct service recovery as needed
• Oversee growth and development of your team including performance management
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
