Job summary

You will drive operational leadership, efficiency, and compliance while collaborating across clinical, IT, and finance teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in mid-revenue cycle or HIM, with RHIA preferred and a Bachelor's in health information management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, or HIM.
• 2+ years leadership in a large integrated healthcare system.
• RHIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the assigned function area, aligning with divisional and enterprise goals.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and standardize best practices across the Mid-Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and confidentiality of patient records; report non-compliance to leadership or Compliance.
• Utilize KPIs to measure effectiveness, track trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Leverage healthcare technology and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Engage with clinical, IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle leaders to drive alignment and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and develop a team through hiring, performance evaluations, and coaching.
