Job summary

Altor Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on leader to manage a seven-person Implementation Consultants team. You’ll own onboarding and scale delivery for complex, integration-heavy enterprise implementations in a fast-growing legal tech platform.

You’ll mentor team members, shape ramp plans, and work closely with Product to channel customer insights into faster product iterations. This fully remote role prioritizes East Coast-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading implementations or professional services teams.
• Hands-on background in enterprise SaaS implementations with integrations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your team with regular 1:1s and career plans.
• Evolve delivery for complex, integration-heavy enterprise implementations.
• Own ramp for new hires to get them in front of customers at the right moment.
• Coach the team through big-company stakeholders and consensus decisions.
• Step in to steer projects back on track with the customer.
• Track live time, hypercare, NPS and escalations and feed learnings to Product.
