Job summary

Altor Partners Limited is seeking a seasoned leader to head a seven-person Implementation Consulting team. You will own onboarding, scale complex, enterprise-wide deployments, and guide teams through stakeholder alignment and large-scale change.

A hands-on, B2B SaaS background is essential, along with strong project management and organizational skills. The role is fully remote with a preference for East Coast-based candidates, featuring quarterly in-person meetups.

Qualifications

• People management experience in implementation or professional services attitude and drive
• A hands-on background in B2B SaaS implementations that go well beyond a 30-day setup: integrations, business analysis, workflow configuration
• Serious organization and strong project management skills
• Experience helping a team scale through change ideally at a smaller company where you wore many hats
• Comfort with the tech (you won’t need to be an engineer — technical specialists support the team)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your team - 1:1s, career plans, fair workloads and honest feedback
• Evolve the delivery approach for complex, integration-heavy enterprise implementations
• Own how new hires ramp, so they’re in front of customers at the right moment
• Coach the team through big-company stakeholders and consensus decisions
• Step in when a project wobbles and steer it back on track with the customer
• Track time to live, hypercare, NPS and escalations, and feed what you learn to Product and leadership
