Unite Us is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Implementation to lead delivery of enterprise engagements, translating business needs into scalable workflows and technology solutions. You will partner with customers and internal teams to design, plan, and execute complex implementations, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and development of roadmaps, with remote US-based work and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business, public health, or social services environments.
• Experience leading complex projects and implementations with organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated consultative mindset and multi-project management capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to tailor messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise implementation engagements and onboarding initiatives.
• Serve as trusted implementation advisor translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and workflow design workshops.
• Coordinate major projects and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
• Document business processes, governance structures, and implementation requirements.
• Develop design artifacts, roadmaps, and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Facilitate customer meetings and governance activities to maintain momentum.
• Identify risks; escalate concerns and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide consultative recommendations for complex challenges and align with Product/Engineering.
• Monitor project health, milestones, and customer readiness; ensure successful deployment.
• Contribute to evolving delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Create transition plans and knowledge-transfer materials for ongoing adoption.
