Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding of the PERSUIT platform. You will guide clients through implementation, change management, and platform adoption, partnering with senior legal and operations stakeholders.

The role involves managing multiple projects, refining onboarding playbooks, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. Remote with preference for NY-based candidates.

Qualifications

Experience leading client onboarding or SaaS implementations.
Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across organizations.
Experience guiding change management and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Own and manage onboarding for multiple enterprise clients through implementation phases.
Lead kickoff calls, onboarding meetings, and training with senior stakeholders.
Coordinate timelines, milestones, and risks across client projects.
Develop communication plans and training to support organizational adoption.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers.
